Rachel Wilson

Hi! I'm Rachel. I am a NC native who loves all things travel and events. Growing up, my favorite movie was Father of the Bride, I dreamed of the backyard wedding of Annie's dream. In college, I fell in love with floral design and began creating designs for family and friends. After we began designing for weddings, it felt like something was missing- that feeling at Annie's wedding. I found myself falling in love with every aspect of the wedding industry, from start to finish. I love curating designs that feel like home- your love story, your family, your friends.

In my free time, I love to hike, read, and travel. My dogs are my whole world and they love to join me in the office and beyond.
Thomas Wagoner

Hello! My name is Thomas, the other half of Studio Dolly. I'm from North Carolina, born and raised. Growing up, I dreamt of a life where I helped people and I made a difference in the world. At the time that looked like going to med school to become a doctor. That dream took a hard left turn when we started working in floral design. I. Was. In. Love. From design to reality, the whole process felt like I was bringing a dream to life. Now we were helping people differently, and it felt equally as fulfilling. Eventually, this new dream felt limiting, so began our journey into planning. I. Was. In. Love. all over again. Sometimes, your passion doesn't look like the status quo, and this is what we bring to the table. Challenging the status quo, breaking out of the mold, because your love deserves the finest storytelling to exist.
Taking time to ground is important to recharge the creative channels. Something that I like to do to reorient myself is to knit. Following the patterns and creating intricate designs helps me find balance when the world seems loud.

How much does it cost to book with you? While we do not have a set minimum budget, most of our clients have an overall wedding budget of around $1000 per guest
Can we book you for just florals? Absolutely! While our full service clients benefit from our in house floral designs, we are available for a set number of floral only weddings through the year.
Why do you only take a set number of weddings a year? We provide a boutique planning experience to allow our clients to receive our full attention. We want to get to know you and pour out energy into your wedding.
Do you plan destination weddings? Yes! We love to travel and would feel honored to plan a destination wedding for you and your loved ones. We have international vendor connections to allow for a smooth transition for our stateside clients.
